Pure Scot Spring Carnival Cocktail

I grabbed a bottle of Pure Scot from Dan Murphy to create a very easy Spring Carnival cocktail. I think most household will have the ingredients for the cocktail.

Ingredients:

  • Half teaspoon of honey
  • 2 shots of Pure Scot
  • Some slices of fresh orange (for serving)
  • Ice (for serving)
  • Half a cup of orange juice
  • Half a shot of fresh squeezed lemon
  • Blueberries for garnish
  • A few stems of your fave herb that you have at home, for garnish. I chose basil.
Pure Scot Cocktail

Method:

Fill a short glass with ice and add two shots of Pure Scot. Add lemon, honey, orange juice and add more honey to taste. Add basil, slices of orange, some blueberries to make it prettier and serve.
